We are not accepting submissions at this time.

What we publish:
- articles
- personal essays
- poetry
- (very) short fiction
All submissions must be 750 words or less.
We are seeking thoughtful, well-written work on topics relating to personal development, health & wellness, natural medicine, spirituality, psychology or consciousness. We also accept photography submissions.
We are willing to read previously published work. Please note where and when your piece appeared.
Do not send attachments (except for photo submissions).
Include a bio of up to 50 words.
Submit only one piece at a time. We understand that you have lots of great material–choose the best and most fitting piece for our publication, and we’ll be happy to consider it.
